Energy Star Rebate Program Re-Opened

The NC State Energy Office has re-opened a wildly popular rebate program for purchase of qualified Energy Star appliances with trade-in of the old appliance (starting 1/1/2012).  Rebates can be applied to purchases made on 1/1/12 or later, and are available on a first come first served basis.  Eligible appliances are as follows:

Clothes Washers
Gas Storage Water Heater
Gas Tankless Water Heater
Heat Pump Water Heater
Solar Water Heater (electric back-up)
Solar Water Heater (gas back-up)
Central Air Conditioners
Heat Pumps
Gas Furnaces
