BIKEtoberFEST! This Sunday 10/23

Don’t miss BIKEtoberFEST! Sunday, October 23, at Casbah, 1007 West Main Street, Durham. Drop in any time from 2 to 6 pm for great music, food, beer, a group bike ride, fun activities for the whole family!

Your $10 admission ($5 for kids) goes to support Clean Energy Durham and its innovative neighbor-to-neighbor programs to save energy and reduce the use of fossil fuels.

One of Clean Energy Durham’s focus areas is transportation, with an emphasis on biking and public transit. Clean Energy Durham trains volunteers to be neighborhood Bike Transportation Trainers, who hold free workshops in their neighborhoods to fix bicycles and teach their neighbors about biking in Durham.
