Neighbors gather around Susan’s fridge

Welcome Forest Hills as our newest Clean Energy Durham neighborhood!  Recently we held our first workshop in Forest Hills, a neighborhood of large, historic homes, all of which can benefit from our low-cost/no-cost DIY energy efficiency techniques.  As a real estate broker, workshop host Susan Herst is interested in the ways that getting neighbors involved in home energy efficiency increases property value. Other neighbors went home with a list of projects to do at home between now and the next workshop in October at Susan’s house.
