Energy Star Rebate Program TO CLOSE

The NC State Energy Office has announced that the wildly popular rebate program for purchase of qualified Energy Star appliances will CLOSE as of 5pm Monday 4/16/2012. Certain Energy Star appliances purchased to replace old appliances (starting 1/1/2012 through 4/16/2012) may qualify.  Eligible appliances are as follows:

Clothes Washers
Dishwashers
Refrigerators
Freezers
Gas Storage Water Heater
Gas Tankless Water Heater
Heat Pump Water Heater
Solar Water Heater (electric back-up)
Solar Water Heater (gas back-up)
Central Air Conditioners
Heat Pumps
Gas Furnaces
